My dad was in the Air Force, and I love to travel, so between those two things I've seen quite a few states and 27 countries. That's how I know Oklahoma City is special. My family moved here when I was eleven and it quickly became home.

Before making real estate my job, I spent 10+ years in recruiting and program management and started investing in short- and mid-term rentals on the side. I'm an Airbnb Superhost and I'm happy to share tips if you're just getting started and want to self-manage the next property you buy.

My husband and I started out in a little apartment in Paseo while he was in med school. The original hardwoods and historic charm didn't quite make up for the lack of a dishwasher or an in-unit washer/dryer, so we bought our first house in The Village when he started residency. :)

Once we started a family, we bought in Edmond to get more space for our two kids and two dogs. We wanted something completely different each time, and every move happened because something about the last house stopped working.
